From when I was a little child, I have always been deeply sensitive to what moves underneath the surface of what people share.

To what is spoken without words.
To the tension between what people show and what they truly feel.
To the subtle ways we disconnect from ourselves

in order to belong, survive, or hold everything together.

​

Over the years I learned that sensitivity was not something to overcome,

but something to live with consciously, honestly and grounded.

To utilize as a gift, rather than a survival mechanism. 

​

Spirituality has, in many ways, become another form of performance.
Another form of escapism. I am much more interested in honesty & presence.

​

In nervous systems that can finally land in the safety of Self.
In spaces where we no longer need to pretend, perform, or put on masks.

​

The work I offer through Cosmic Touch is subtle,

intuitive and multidimensional in nature.

The coherent field I hold during sessions gently illuminates what

is ready to be seen, felt, released, remembered or reconnected.

With or without mystical experiences.
With or without tears.
With or without words at all.

​

I offer a space where deeper layers of yourself can safely emerge.
Where expansive experiences are welcome without losing grounding.
Where outdated layers of survival, trauma and disconnection

can begin to soften and fall away.

I see myself as a bridge, a tuning fork,

and a space holder for deeper coherence,

clarity and reconnection

with what already lives within you.

Some for clarity.
Some for expansion.
Some simply because something quietly says yes.
